Knowing The Party
The National Solidarity Party (NSP) is a Political Party founded in 6 March 1987. We have maintained a sound moral standing which sustained our relevance to the citizens of Singapore for every election. As we keep abreast of public concerns and needs, we endeavour to become the guiding light and direction for Singapore’s political development.
Political Ideology
NSP is a popular-based social democratic party of centre-left alignment. It is pragmatic, progressive and treasures strong nationalist values eg. sovereignty. While the Party is pro-business, it champions the working class at the same time.
Core Values
NSP believes in the human potential, dignity and rights of all people regardless of race, language and religion. The Party is committed towards the building of a more open, dynamic, vibrant and inclusive society through consensus and the democratic process. It also values the contribution of each and every member towards the promotion of its potential cause. The Party activates its core values through its motto: Service to Society.
Mission Statement
NSP exists to uphold democracy, and to provide constructive ideas to benefit the Society. The Party positively promotes the establishment of a multi-party political system. It envisions to be a credible and caring political party.
Political Objectives
NSP shall build a multi-party democracy by winning seats in parliamentary elections. The Party shall organize and maintain an active ground presence to understand the Peoples' needs and concerns. It shall provide a credible platform for the People to express their views and concerns, so as to influence Government policies.

Building A Society For All
国民团结党（NSP）成立于1987年3月。
NSP深信：政治必须要有竞争，因为唯有竞争才能创造一个更美好和进步的社会。我们不能让行动党政府在缺乏适当的制衡下继续执政，我们更不能让行动党政府在毫无监督的情况下拥有过多的权力，而政府制订的政策，决定和花费都必须要更加合情合理。
NSP也深信：权力最终必会带来腐败，而绝对的权力必将导致绝对的腐败，腐败的性质可以是由金钱造成的，也可以是由于过于自满，碍于友情，缺乏容忍，或是误以为群众的支持是必然的所造成。目前我们把太多的权力交托给行动党政府的一小撮人，这对一个社会的长远成长而言是不健康的。
NSP认为有责任协助国人去建立一个亲民的，更加受到人民拥护和充满活力的政治体制，以便和行动党进行抗争。我们希望能重新树立人民对反对党的信心，并且和人民并肩合力去创造一个更加民主的社会。
