It was a cooling morning and we were excited to meet our residents at this highly lauded hawker centre managed by Canopy Hawkers Group.
Through our conversations with both hawkers and dinners, it seems like this place can do with more boost to bring in footfall and sustain the hawkers’ livelihoods.
We had a few discussions with the wonderful people we met and many proposals were suggested in that relatively short span of time. We will contact the relevant organisations and authorities to see how we can best make Canberra Hawker centre a more lively place for all to visit.
